Icology Group licensees can help create and take advantage of world markets without the frustrations and constraints of traditional design and construction techniques.

Icology Group offers a variety of licensed manufacturing and selling opportunities:

• Annual Forestry Licensees: The right to manufacture Profile Lumber longitudinal lumber profiles and ship in bulk to their traditional customers as well as those licensed to remanufacture and configure into I WOOD kits.

• Annual Remanufacture Licensees: The right to convert bulk Profile Lumber into pre-cut I WOOD components for either Icology Group designs or proprietary product lines utilizing Profile Lumber and / or I WOOD.

• Volume related licenses and reseller agreements for kit configuration, sales and distribution of I WOOD product kits designed and manufactured by and for Icology Group

These licensing agreements grant rights to use the technologies and systems devised by Icology Group, including copyrights, know-how, trademarks and proprietary information. The agreements also provide access to some or all of a select set of technical assistance and support services as outlined below:

• Profile Lumber / I WOOD training and consultation
• Engineering and design support with access to new product developments
• Use of proprietary materials including mill drawings, component cut lists, parts lists and assembly instructions
• Support in pursuit of regional construction code approvals
• Licensee certification and quality control program
• Use of proprietary information including copyrights, trademarks etc
• Marketing and sales support including promotional materials
• Access to licensee, reseller and end user network

Icology Group also encourages licensees, resellers and end users to innovate, adapt and improve the systems and components currently available and operates an “open source” sharing of such product improvements through its Innovations Forum.

FEES

Licensing fees are kept to a reasonable minimum and used to further the groups affordable sustainable housing endeavors.
